Delivery and return:

• Shipping is possible almost everywhere in Pakistan.
• An order will be processed within 24 hours and follow the
  schedule of a working day for delivery.
• Delivery in time depends on the accessibility of stocks and
  payment approval.
• Hoor Eye Lenses make available free shipping across Pakistan but
  only on order above 2000.
• Shipping charges will be included in check-out page in the
  charging of final amount.
• For deliver a parcel, two attempts will be made by delivery agents.
  It can take 2-3 working days for local delivery.

Exchange policy:

• Any purchased product can be replaced within 7 days that will be
  started after courier receipt.
• For the product replacement, all tags should be intact and in its
  original condition. With the original invoice, you can move
  forward for exchange. Discounted items are not capable of
  replacing.
• We will not entertain you with cash refund but you will be issued
  a coupon of the same value in its place. You can use that coupon
  for now or can use in the future.
